Safe System Solutions Pty Ltd was engaged by the City of Greater Bendigo to analyse, develop and design upgrades to their two key active transport strategic corridors. The project involved:

• Reviewing the existing conditions of Mundy Street and Hargreaves Street;
• Examining the strategic function of these corridors including the surrounding land use;
• Development of concept design options for these corridors that reflect the functions, needs and constraints of each route;
• Formulating a robust evaluation methodology to evaluate the preferred corridor option;
• Production of a delivery framework to identify implementation options (staged construction).
