In the 2024 update to the Australian Standard 1742: Manual of uniform traffic control devices, Part 10: Pedestrian control and protection there was clarification on the correct colours to mark crossing points.

⬛⬜ For a Pedestrian Crossing (AKA Zebra Crossing), it’s white stripes.

🟨For a Shared Path Crossing (pedestrians and cyclists having priority), it’s yellow.

🟩 For a Cycle Way Crossing (bike riders have priority), it’s green.

In some situations yellow may be used at pedestrian crossings to further highlight the crossing (e.g. some school crossings and signalised intersections).
