Henan, the birthplace of Chinese civilization, has undergone major road infrastructure construction and upgrades in the last few years. Last month the China Research Institute of Highway (RIOH), with the support from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and iRAP, organised a Road Safety Forum at the City of Jiaozou. As part of this Forum, Thuan Nguyen, Traffic Lead from Safe System Solutions Pty Ltd, provided a workshop on Road Safety, Road Design and Traffic Management.
