Safe System Solutions Pty Ltd was engaged by Moonee Valley City Council to undertake a comprehensive analysis of crashes in their LGA (both local and arterial roads) in terms of crash location, user type, severity, factors involved, time and other variables. This was used to evaluate their road safety performance against their transport strategy which was launched in 2016.

This data analysis report was performed to determine whether the Transport Safety Strategy had an effect on reducing fatal and serious injury crashes as well as reducing overall crashes.
