Footage shows a delivery rider travelling across Melbourne’s West Gate Bridge on what appears to be an illegal motorcycle, albeit one likely sold as an eBike.
The interesting question isn’t whether the rider was doing the wrong thing.
The interesting question is how many parts of the system allowed them to end up there in the first place.
