This Austroads project’s aim is to deliver a set of guidelines to assist the Federal Office of Road Safety and LGAs to prioritise, select, and evaluate the effectiveness of road safety interventions in rural and regional areas. This project is being delivered by Safe System Solutions Pty Ltd (project managers & lead consultants) and the University of Adelaide’s Centre for Automotive Safety Research (CASR) (consultants). The project commenced in May 2021 and is due for completion in June 2023.
