I am so proud of our Training Team for the work they do behind the scenes. Course content design, registration, learner experience management, quality assurance, compliance and completion are just a few of the many tasks on their ever growing list. But what I love most is that they are never content to simply roll out the same old approach. They are always searching for ways to give our course participants an even better learning experience.
Last week, two of our brilliant training coordinators, Marisa Garisto and Loretta Ierardo, attended MoodleMoot Sydney. This two day conference brought together leading universities, education specialists and innovators in online learning. They were on the lookout for new and exciting enhancements to our technical training offerings and they certainly did not leave disappointed. There were insights across enhanced learner engagement techniques, AI integration, improved assessment models and further digital integration into both our live and live online courses.
Not only did they absorb the information, they shared it too. Marisa and Loretta did a brilliant job in presenting on our live online technical training model that integrates on-site learning with live webinars, assignments and interactive tasks.
