This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan campaigns, create content, manage digital channels, and identify opportunities to promote our training programs and projects. You’ll work closely with our training and technical teams to bring ideas to life and ensure consistent, high-quality communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing plans and content calendars
  • Ensure brand consistency and manage style guides
  • Identify and leverage media, partnership, and promotional opportunities
  • Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to promote training and projects
  • Identify speaking, advertising, and industry engagement opportunities
  • Engage internal staff to contribute content and support marketing initiatives
  • Enhance customer engagement through testimonials, content innovation, and emerging formats (e.g. short-form video)
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness to inform future activities
  • Continuously improve marketing processes and stay up to date with digital trends

About You
You’re organised, creative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You bring strong communication skills and a practical, can-do approach.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office 365)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Express)
  • Confidence using AI tools to support content creation and workflows

Desirable

  • Tertiary qualification (or working towards) in Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Experience in web/graphic design
  • Video production and editing skills
  • Photography and image editing experience

What We Offer

  • This role is advertised as full-time; however, we are open to considering part-time arrangements for the right candidate. We offer a highly flexible hybrid working environment, including adaptable working hours to suit individual needs and commitments.
  • Opportunity to shape and grow the role
  • Supportive, values-driven team environment
  • Meaningful work contributing to improved road safety outcomes
