Dr Tana Tan is the Research and Evaluation Lead at Safe System Solutions Pty Ltd., with over 15 years of experience as a researcher, project manager, consultant, and trainer. Dr Tan has authored several peer reviewed papers on vehicle safety and has led several motorcycle safety projects including the Austroads LAMS Update, Victorian DTP Guide to Making Roads Motorcycle Friendly, and TfNSW ATLM and Motorcycle Stability pilot study. Dr Tan will be joined by Duncan McRae a Safe System Solutions Pty Ltd. Associate. Duncan led the development of the original Learner-Approved Motorcycle Scheme (LAMS) and many other motorcycle safety programs around Australia. He is a rider instructor and a subject matter expert on motorcycle safety.
