We are looking for a mix of skills including Senior Designer and Senior Road Safety Engineers.
About the role In this senior role, you will work with a high level of autonomy, take initiative, and exercise sound professional judgement. You will contribute to building the capability and capacity of our team, grow client relationships, and support the company’s growth. You will bring at least seven years’ experience delivering transport, engineering, road/highway design, local government and/or road safety projects.
About you
A Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
Minimum seven years’ experience as a professional transportation engineer
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
The ability to understand and respond to complex client needs
Proven experience managing projects of varying size within agreed timeframes and budgets
Strong time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail, foresight, and strong problem-solving capabilities
The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
