Yesterday I ran a short, intensive Road Safety Audit refresher for a group of over 150 people delivering a very large infrastructure program.
Credit to the group for wanting to sharpen how they use RSAs to manage risk, provide safety assurance, and prevent death and serious injury.
RSA practice continues to evolve. Not just in process, but in what we look at, how we frame risk, how we respond to new technology, and how clearly we link findings to Safe System outcomes.
The slides attached are only a snapshot. The discussion and quiz kept the session highly interactive. I really enjoyed it.
A great example of a project team striving for safer outcomes, not just ticking boxes.
